RowHero displays heart rate while rowing and will also show you your current heart rate zone if you have zones set up ahead of time. Zones are based off your max heart rate, so before you start your workout you are required to enter your max heart rate.

Aug 25, 2021: Setting up heart rate is only available for select teams. If your coach has told you to set up heart rate information but you don’t see it in the app, please double check you have joined their team.
Step by Step
- From the rower home page, tap on the gear icon in the top right to access your settings.
- Scroll to the setting “Max HR,” and make the appropriate changes.
- Tap “Save Profile” to save your changes.
